Terms of Use

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Pre-launch policy draft. JamHub is in early access — this plain-language draft will be finalized with counsel before general availability. It reflects how we operate today.

Welcome to JamHub. These Terms of Use ("Terms") describe the rules for using JamHub — a platform that helps musicians, teachers, studios, venues, and bands find each other and organize jams, rehearsals, lessons, and shows.

1. Who can use JamHub

JamHub is for people 18 and older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet that age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password secure, don't share your account, and let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post — profiles, band listings, jam descriptions, media, and messages. You grant JamHub a limited license to host and display that content so the platform can function. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

4. Paid plans

Some features (like Musician Plus, or professional listings for teachers, studios, and venues) are paid subscriptions. Prices, features, and billing terms are shown on the Pricing page. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Bookings and payments between users

Listings help you find teachers, studios, and venues, but all bookings and payments are arranged directly between you and the professional. JamHub does not process booking fees or handle cancellations.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use JamHub to harass others, post illegal content, spam, scam, or attempt to break the platform. Full details live in our Community Guidelines.

7. Termination

We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Disclaimer

JamHub is provided "as is" during early access. We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. JamHub is not responsible for what happens between users offline — meet safely.

9. Changes

We'll update these Terms as JamHub evolves and will note the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
